Student Council

The Student Council of Lake Elementary has a long tradition of involvement in school and community activities. We are proud that it has been able to make our school a better place for our students. As members of the Student Council, representatives learn responsibility, respect, leadership and have fun.

Some of the many activities Student Council members are involved in this year:

School:
  • Help purchase classroom technology
  • Purchase BrainPop for every Hartville and Lake classroom
  • Talent Show
  • Give teachers money for classroom supplies
  • Open Forum - students bring concerns of their classmates to meeting. Many of their ideas and suggestions are adopted to make our school a better place.

  • Thanksgiving Food Drive for FISH
  • Adopt families for Christmas
  • Donate money from Penny Wars to Relay for Life
  • Collect pop tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald House
