A recent update to the Pinnacle software has now required a contact e-mail address to be configured for password recovery. Below are the steps necessary to complete this set up and continue to home screen for PIV:
If No E-Mail Address is Present
1.) On the Email line, input the email address you wish to use.
2.) Click on the radio button for Primary on the right side of the Email field.
3.) Select the Save button.
If An E-Mail Address is Present
1.) To the right of the Email line, click on the radio button for Primary next to the e-mail address.
2.) Select the Save Button.
1.) Click Home in the upper left-hand corner of the page to return to the PIV dashboard.
