CUSTODIAN / CLEANING                                                   Hartville Elementary School
 
  • Twelve months (full time) 
  •  Evening position (approximately 3:00 – 11:30 pm)
  • Prefer previous maintenance experience
  • Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, roofing, building maintenance and HVAC
  • Skilled in computer and technology use
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds up two flights of stairs
  • Ability to climb ladders, shovel snow, move furniture, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks/projects
  • Positive work ethic with superior employment history and exemplary attendance record
  • High school diploma required
  • Team and department compatibility
  • Positive reference/recommendation from employer/supervisor
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively with others and collaborate with all staff members
  • Effective, active listening skills
  • Organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to stand, walk and move in outdoor conditions and/or settings
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and environments
